AD100 Latam 2025

CIUDAD DE MEXICO, MEXICO. 2024

Oliverio Najmias was selected as one of the 100 most influential architects in Latin America for 2025 by Architectural Digest. Beyond the recognition, it’s an opportunity to state what we actually do: spot the right problem before it becomes a mistake.

PRESS ⋅ AWARD

Every year, the most eagerly awaited issue of Architectural Digest is the January issue, which features a list of the 100 most influential architects, designers, and landscape architects in Latin America. Only 100 creatives from across the region. Oliverio Najmias was selected for the 2025 print edition: “The Olympus of Design: Divine Minds Shaping Today’s Latin American Scene” Olympus. The word is no accident. AD100 does not feature projects; it identifies those who are shaping the region’s architecture, landscape, and urban planning. Architectural Digest evaluates the impact and working methods of hundreds of thousands of active professionals throughout Latin America to select just 100. Being on that list means belonging to the elite of contemporary Latin American architecture.

Oliverio Najmias Arquitectos was included in the 2025 selection alongside the most prominent architects from Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and the rest of Latin America.

The firm was recognized as one of Latin America’s leading architectural firms for its work in residential architecture, urban design, urban planning, and landscape architecture based in Buenos Aires.

AD100 highlights firms with a rigorous approach and the ability to work on projects of all scales. Being ranked among the best architects in Argentina and Latin America in 2025 confirms something we already knew: that planning before building has real value for clients and for the region. That identifying the right problem before designing is not just a method—it is architecture that transforms projects and leaves a lasting impact.
