Oliverio Najmias Architects is an architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture studio recognized among the leading practices in Buenos Aires and Argentina.

Founded in 2007, the studio works on residential, institutional, cultural, commercial, and urban projects, ranging from private homes to large-scale master plans, both in Argentina and internationally.
The practice is built on a simple conviction: a project is not invented—it is discovered. It becomes clear when it no longer depends on the designer’s will, but responds with precision to what the site demands and the brief requires.
The studio’s work has been published and exhibited across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. It has received Americas Property Awards, been recognized among Architizer’s Top 30 architecture firms, selected by the German publisher Braun for 1000 Architectures of the Americas, and included in Architectural Digest Mexico & Latin America’s AD100 2025, recognizing the region’s 100 most outstanding creative talents.
